Invitation to rhe 12th Commission meeting

You are kindly invited to the 12th Meeting of the Women in Fire Service and Rescue Service to Berlin, Germany

The meeting will be held from November 1 th till 2 th 2017.

Tuesday, October 31 th 2017 arrival in the afternoon/ evening.
Wednesday, November 1 th 2017 sessions;
Thuesday, November 2 th 2017 session;
Friday, November 3 th 2017 departure.

We reserved the Motel One at Berlin Central Station for your accommodation. Please make your
hotel reservation at the hotel as soon as possible, 14 th october the latest. You can reserve the hotel

About the transportation from the Airport depending on wich Airport you choose, you can go to
Berlin main station with an express bus(TegelAirport) or by train( Schönefeld airport) to the hotel
and back.

All participants are asked to book their flights and make the hotel reservation as soon as possible.
